Lovely staff and nice meal. There were 3 of us and we had Mutton Biryani. Excellent service with attention to detail and offer of Wi-Fi was a nice end to a lovely meal. Would recommend to visitors to Agra.

I went to the hotel as I had a problem in The Saffrom Hotel . At 11 o clock at night when I reached . I was told they do not have my room reserved and the hotel is full. Then I got the Hotel Maya International through google search. I went and check in. The reception desk had a nice smile and the check in was good . I was a bit upset when I saw the room initially . At that time I knew I cannot get a better room and it will be a big hassle. Yes, the room was not that bad . It was big and clean . The wash room needs an upgrade . It’s okay right now. The room service was good . Food price is a bit high. They got to consider a meal or Combo options . This will be customer friendly and they will have more revenue. They have a bar and restaurant which was good after a hard day out . They need to improve the breakfast . It’s basic right now . They should add cereals , bread toast option and egg. Overall the hotel was good I realised after my 3 day stay. The billing and check out was really good. Another suggestion for the hotel management - they should have one bill summary for room service and accommodation. This is not a bad option for the price but yes they have to improve on the breakfast and the wash rooms. A tea/ coffee maker will also recommended .

Hotel Maya International enjoys a prime location in Mangalore. It is very close to Kankanady and Pumpwell hence it is easily accessible for travellers visiting Mangalore. I arranged accommodation for my friends visiting Mangalore for my wedding this week. They loved their stay at this Hotel. The restaurant at the Hotel provided tasty food. They enjoyed the fish and Ghee roast dishes prepared there. A special mention to the staff at the front desk who were very welcoming and attended to all our requests with a smile. The hotel gave very competitive prices for 10 rooms for two days and didn't charge us for two rooms that were not occupied the next day. The service was excellent! I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mangalore.
